Privacy policy
Who is responsible
This website is operated by SETTWOR, the artist it is about. For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
What data is processed
- Hosting. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details when you load a page, as described in its privacy statement.
- Analytics (only with your consent). If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, Google Analytics is loaded. It uses cookies to measure which pages are viewed, approximate location, and device and browser type. If you click “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded.
- Embedded content. The home page includes a YouTube video (via the youtube-nocookie.com domain) and a Spotify player. When they load, YouTube/Google and Spotify may receive technical data and may set their own cookies. The home page also shows the CDRA award plaques from cdras.github.io (another site of SETTWOR, hosted on GitHub Pages). They run no script and set no cookies; the host (GitHub) may receive technical data such as your IP address when they load.
- Offline copy. To load faster on your next visit, the site keeps copies of its pages, pictures and fonts in your browser (a service worker and the browser cache). They stay on your device and contain no personal data. You can remove them in your browser settings.
- Email. If you write to the address above, your message and email address are used only to reply to you.
Why and on what basis
- Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Running and securing the website: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Replying to your email: legitimate interest or steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(f) / 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your choices
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (local storage) on your device. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
If you choose a colour theme (Auto, Light or Dark) with the switch in the footer, that choice is also stored in your browser (local storage) on your device. It is only used to show the site in that theme and is not sent anywhere.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, write to the email address above. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
