On October 10, 2026, SETTWOR released Toma Jatada, a collaboration with Brazilian artist MC GW. Authentic Records supported the release. It is SETTWOR’s next track in Brazilian funk.[1][3]
MC GW, whose real name is Gláucio William da Silva Jerônimo, is a singer and songwriter from São João de Meriti, in Rio de Janeiro. He started out performing samba and later moved into the Brazilian funk scene. He is known for his vocal style and for the number of artists he has worked with.[2][4][5][6]
His career picked up with Sarra Novinha no Grau. Ritmo Mexicano and Atura ou Surta came after it. His vocals now appear outside Brazil too, in Brazilian funk, phonk and electronic remixes. One example is MONTAGEM - PR FUNK, released in 2023 with S3BZS and MC Menor do Alvorada. Producers in many different styles use his vocals.
With Toma Jatada, SETTWOR joins the artists who have worked with MC GW. He began experimenting with Brazilian funk in late 2025. All of his tracks are listed on the releases page.[7]
